Local men enjoy their free time at Dalalwa Cafe, in Kuwait City, Kuwait, Dec. 23, 2019. Located in the old Al-Mubarakiya market in Kuwait City, Dalalwa Cafe has a more than 100-year history. As a historical site, Dalalwa Cafe does not offer coffee, but serves black tea, lemon tea, cinnamon tea, cold drinks and shisha tobacco.
