Huang Hongping, 57, is a railway policeman in the Hule Police Station of Hefei Railway Public Security Bureau. The police station where he works is responsible for the safety of the Anhui-Jiangxi railway line in the mountainous areas of southern Anhui within a distance of about 15 kilometers.
