TEHRAN, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Al Sadd of Qatar defeated Iran's Persepolis 1-0 with an injury time goal in the AFC Champions League on Tuesday.

In the Group D match held in Doha's Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, Baghdad Bounedjah scored the winner for Al Sadd in the 95th minute after the regular time was about running out goalless.

In another match of the group, Pakhtakor of Uzbekistan also earned a 1-0 victory over Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia. Marat Bikmaev scored the sole goal in the 62th minute.

After the second round of group matches, Pakhtakor is at the top of the group with four points, followed by Al Ahli and Al Sadd each with three points. Persepolis is at the bottom with one point.
